On numerous occasions, I have expressed to Equifax of their violations of 1681b. Their unsound practices have placed my family and I at risk of unsafe transactions. Equifax does not accurately represent the people if they are constantly furnishing inaccurate information without proof. Furthermore, I NEVER gave Equifax my wet ink, written instructions to furnish any information to my credit file which is a MAJOR violation of my federally protected rights. I plan to take the necessary action for each violation at {$1000.00} each. If this is not fixed in the next 30 days, I will file a suit and will follow up with an Invoice for Each Violation.
