I am writing to formally file a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account number begging with XXXX opened under my name on XX/XX/year>. I believe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated the truth in the lending act, codified in 15 USC 1601, by failing to provide accurate and transparent disclosures related to the loan terms and payments. specifically, I have identified the following issues : 1.failure to disclose proper terms : the loan documentation provided to me did not clearly explain the interest rat, finance charges, or repayment terms in a manner that was understandable and compliant with the required disclosures under 15 USC 1601. 2.unclear finance charges : the amounts charged in connection with my loan appear to have been inflated, and I was not provided clear, itemized statements of the finance charges as required under the truth in Lending Act. 3.erroneous billing and statements : I have received statements with incorrect amounts, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to rectify the despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. The past due amounts listed are not consistent with what was initially agreed upon. in light of these violations, I am requesting a full investigation into the handling of my auto loan and that the CFBP ensures that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX complies with 15 USC 1601 and corrects these issues.
