I am writing to formally dispute the accuracy of certain information on my credit report. I would like you to remove every Charge-Off and Collections. This information is not accurate XXXX Credit Bureau company keeps reporting the wrong information on my personal credit report I've request a thorough investigation into this matter and sent a written request by certified mail. They keep sending my request back with a few days. I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed that it contains charge-off and collections entries that are inaccurate. I have been disputing these credit card and collection disputes for over ( 7 ) years. Im being harassed and threatened daily. Im unable to obtain a home mortgage and Ive been denied credit recently per my information has been sold to the Dark Web. My rights have been violated with false information Per the Laws of FCRB and the CFPB the following 15 US Code 1601, 15 US Code 1692 ( b ). 15 US Code 1692 ( g ), 15 US Code 1681 ( b ), 15 US Code 1666B. Im requesting validation of debts from each account.
