I had gone to XXXX XXXX back in XXXX XXXX and visited the restaurant " XXXX XXXX ''. They charged my credit card as i ate food there. I am currently in XXXX XXXX now as i live here and on XXXX XXXXthe restaurant charged my credit card for the amount of {$70.00}. I had filed XXXX disputes with my bank ( td ) and they denied it twice. I even faxed them proof that i was in XXXX XXXX at the time of the fraudulent charge and that there was no way i could have been in XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately nothing has been resolved and i should NOT be responsible for this amount.
