This company Credit Services has violated multiple FDCPA and FCRA statues in their attempts to collect a debt that is not owed by me. They have illegally reported a false debt to the consumer reporting agencies without fisrt trying to get ahold of me the consumer as they proceeded to park a un-verified debt automatically to my consumer credit reports using my personal non- public financial information which is against the law. I submitted to Credit Collections services a Refusal to Pay / Cease and Desist letter which is attached to this complaint and they still are doing collection attempts and communicating to third parties about a allege debt in my name. Credit Collection Services eill be name as litigants in my upcoming FDCPA / FCRA lawsuit.
