Due to discrepancies in missing payments, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and myself are currently in litigation procedures and will be tied up in legal proceedings for the foreseeable future. It is because of these proceedings, along with the open and active disputes, that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX has listed the status of this account as " DISPUTED : CONSUMER DISPUTES ALL INFORMATION ''. This is the CURRENT STATUS of this account and myself, along with XXXX, have gone to great lengths to ensure that this status and, ONLY THIS STATUS, be reported by the credit bureaus. Unfortunately, after several attempts by XXXX and myself, to have the status of this account be reported correctly, the credit bureau has remained implicit in ignoring the demands of both the creditor and myself to report the correct status and has engaged in highly ILLEGAL activity by filing fraudulent disputes in the consumers name simply to remove the 'disputed ' status of the account and report the 'new ' status as they see fit. XXXX credit services has even taken the extraordinary steps of providing, not one but, two letters to the credit bureaus explaining, in writing, what the correct status of the account is, ( disputed ), AND why they were reporting it as such, ( disputed ). The first letter was written and sent in XXXX of XXXX and the 2nd was written and sent in XXXX of XXXX, back to back months. Unfortunately, despite all aforementioned attempts on XX/XX/year> XXXX filed a fraudulent dispute in my name to have the status of the account changed back to charged off or delinquent, completely ignoring the disputed status that is supposed to be reported. This is my final attempt to try and get the correct status of this account reported correctly by the bureaus before filing a lawsuit for negligence, criminal activity as well as fraud for the aforementioned activities listed in this letter.
