On XX/XX/XXXX my Venmo account was frozen for suspicious activity the only activity that was done was through me transferring my money to my teen account. After submitting the proper documents they had me wait 3 days, and unfroze my account on XX/XX/XXXX just to freeze my account again not even an hour later. The customer service is rude, the supervisors all give different answers and I am still unable to use my account to pay my bills and may even face eviction. After sending them my ID, then a PHOTO and ID. I was told on XX/XX/XXXX that they would give back with me in two hours this was told to me by a XXXX XXXX of the supervisors at Venmo Customer Service. They did not get back with me, I had to call them just for another supervisor to tell me the complete opposite. These people are playing with my money. I have bills, if I have proved it to be me why am I still having issues. The supervisors who I had an issue with are XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. The Account Specialist I had issues with name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX unfroze my account then suspended it AGAIN.
