On XX/XX/XXXX my request for an inspection for repairs made to my home verifying the siding had been replaced on the exterior after it was damaged XXXX, XXXX 2024. This repair is being paid for by my insurance company XXXX. The money was placed into an escrow account with Shellpoint mortgage ( my mortgage company ) but is on hold until the inspection is completed.The work has been completed for over 3 weeks at this point and can not move forward without additional funds ( following verification of the work completed ) I live in XXXX pa and the winter will halt construction. I have reached out via email and the online portal multiple times over the last two weeks with no response. I am frustrated and need help to complete my home before winter sets in. Please!
