I bought a used vehicle through XXXX on XXXX i believe and financed thru XXXX. I was paying the payments on time but XXXX was rough for me since i lost my business and it got shutdown and my financial situation shattered. My wife doesnt since we have a XXXX XXXX girl. So i called XXXX because i was late on payment. I told my situation. The person understood and told me they will lower the monthly payment for 2 months i believe. not to sure. and they said it will go back to regular payment. And also they promised they wont report to credit companies as late payment. now that i have been working and making payments on time. To my surprise they did reported and it hurt my credit. They lied to me. and a week ago i texted and ask them to remove it since i am planning to buy my first house. I plead them N they said no. I m hopeless and helpless. Please help.
