There are inaccuracies on my Experian consumer report and I demand immediate corrective action under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Removal of Accounts : XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) is no longer on XXXX or XXXX, and therefore must also be removed from my Experian report. Additionally, FinWise/Opploans must be deleted from my report as it was removed from XXXX due to fraudulent, inaccurate, and unverifiable information. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681i, when one consumer reporting agency removes an account based on such findings, the others are legally obligated to do the same. Late Payment Statuses : XXXX has updated the late statuses on my XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to " current. '' Accordingly, Experian must correct these inaccuracies on my report. Name Representation : My name must be displayed accurately as XXXX XXXX XXXX, matching exactly with my driver 's license ( no middle initials or variations ). Under 15 U.S. Code 1681c, consumer reporting agencies must ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information reported. This includes maintaining proper identification to avoid confusion with other individuals who may have similar names. Collections Accounts : XXXX has removed the XXXX XXXX XXXX collection account. I have disputed the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account multiple times due to their failure to provide a valid purchase agreement or chain of title/assignment of debt agreement, proving their right to collect or that I am legally obligated to pay. Furthermore, they do not possess a license to collect in XXXX violating FCRA standards for accuracy and fairness. Legal Action : I have contacted the Attorney General and am currently in the process of seeking legal counsel regarding these matters. I will not tolerate continued violations of my consumer rights.
