My wife took over payments and started to pay payment online, instead of pay by phone as she wanted to get everything electronic, Then I XXXX XXXX Started receiving phone calls that we were late on payments, which was impossible seen as we were doing everything online. Upon sitting down and taking 2.5hrs of our time to call both of these companies who I have never been late with before, it was brought to our attention that their automated system can take XXXX days to post payments because of their automated system. This should not have affected my credit as we had proof of the money leaving my account on the date required and they did not post it on time. Also we have been paying {$1000.00} additionally on each payment toward principle most months. They told us that they would clear this up and still to this date we have had no resolution.
