They said that I broke terms of a lease back in XX/XX/XXXX I asked them for at least but they couldn't produce one because I never signed a lease therefore they put my name in the credit bureau saying that I have an unpaid debt of {$12000.00} I never gave them any money for a lease or signed a lease nor neither did I move in an apartment never even seen an apartment so they put my name in for a credit debt which I think is fraud. They are trying to collect a debt that is not mine and there is no agreement with my name please resolve this situation as soon as possible so it can be removed off of my credit thank you for your time and consideration.
