To whom it may concern on XXXX XXXX, I sent a certified letter to wellsfargo asking wellsfargo to send me validation of debt owe to their bank in the amount of {$19000.00} and the wet ink signatures of me and wellsfargo to validate the debt owed. After careful review of the contract they sent me, I find not only any wet signatures binding the contract is that I have no contract with wellsfargo. They sent me a application I filed out for a auto loan the application is not with wellsfargo nor has wellsfargo name on the application. I have no contract between myself and wellsfargo directly. I paid wellsfargo {$1000.00} From XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. After reviewing the contract wellsfargo name is not on the contract nor application they sent me. They could not provide me with a contract with them that I signed. So I do not owe them this debt and I would like this debt removed from my credit report and payments made to them refunded to me.
