I paid my mortgage from account ending in XXXX on XX/XX/year>. I have had autopayments turned off. They billed me AGAIN on XX/XX/XXXX on a different account ( ending in XXXX ). This was UNAUTHORIZED and I had autopay OFF. There is a hold pending on my account from them and now my account is overdrawn and I can't pay my health insurance, purchase medications I need to live, buy groceries or pay other bills. I called XXXX and they told me i have to wait until TWO DAYS after this clears and then mail in a bank statement. Which means I have to go to the bank for a statement, then wait for the mail, then wait for them to process it. I do NOT have weeks to wait for this to be fixed!!!! IMMEDIATE reversal of hold/charge, and restitution to make me whole for whatever it costs me in terms of lost insurance, bank fees, bills not paid, and full coverage plus any and all compensatory payments for any and all difficulties and damagesphysical, life threatening, financial, and emotional that results from this mistake they are refusing to correct immediately. XXXX XXXX refused to give last name. He said I have to verify the hold. They can not release hold. XXXX XXXX, email checked daily, info can take a few minutes or hours to respond. Can not guarantee it will be handled today. Said they dont see a second payment. I explained its a hold, he said he doesnt see a payment. I explained that XXXX clearly made a payment request a second unauthorized time and no one else but XXXX could have submitted that. He told me I have to contact my bank about it, but the bank can do nothingXXXX made the unauthorized payment request and they have to reverse it.
