I have already paid Capital One on both accounts, but they keep charging me, saying that i haven't paid them. when I removed myself from their autopay system, they have reported that I had two payments late on my closed credit card. Still to this day i have no idea why they closed both of my credit cards. They sent me a letter saying I've violated their terms and conditions and closed both of my credit cards. I would like to Capital One to be conspicuous about why they closed both of my credit cards and also to remove any late payments off my credit report, and mark them as " paid as agreed ''. It has been over 30 days of investigation and Capital One has not responded to any of my questions. I would like to get an answer from capital one.
