I have had fraudulent charges made to XXXX XXXX XXXX under my name. Credence Resource Management claims to own the debt. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and asked about charge offs. Per XXXX XXXX XXXX, they do not sell their debt and they use a company called XXXX XXXX to help recover any debts. I do not recognize Credence. They have multiple addresses and the address on my XXXX credit report is incorrect. I sent a certified letter with return receipt to their XXXX location and it still has yet to be delivered. I am not certain there is a legitimate business at their XXXX XXXX supposed location. Credence had XXXX alleged debts for me from XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX of them had to be removed from my credit report because they could not prove the debt was mine. I believe they are trying to collect on the other account they claim I owe fraudulently like they did before. This company should be investigated for deceptive and untrue claims. They should also be investigated for their right to even collect debts as I think this is a scam company. I filed a FTC Identity Theft Report and plan to file a local police report this week.
