On XXXX XXXX I made a mobile check deposit with ally totaling in XXXX I explained to them it was a tax refund check and it was sent from XXXX which is the number on the check I even called the business on the check and they said it was paid out to ally I was gave a date which was XXXX XXXX I still havent been able to access my funds! I have a lot of responsibilities and I would have never did this if I knew it was going to be so much trrouble the customer service barely wants to talk to me about anything I offered emailing mailing any documentation identification etc and nothing is being accepted this has been the worse experience of my life knowing Im giving all Information thats needed and im still being held from my money and blocked out my account
