XXXX XXXX : I called again, and finally was able to reach someone which told me the application was not legible that it looked like it was scanned incorrectly. I told them that was impossible because I didn't scan the documents, I filled them out in pdf and I printed them, then mailed them. They said there was nothing they can do, I just had to do it all over again and resubmit a new application. XX/XX/year> : Filled a new application again and mailed new School Misconduct Application XXXX XXXX : Received email letter notification they received my application XXXX XXXX : I received email letter denial notification. There is no specific reason why I was denied and that their analysis is confidential. Their response is " Please understand, each application is subject to our review and discretion. A variety of criteria are used to determine eligibility, including, but not limited to, proof of resulting harm, sufficient documentation supporting your claim, date when events occurred or when you experienced harm, etc. Because we review each application holistically, it is not possible to identify specific criteria that caused your application to be denied.
