I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized transaction involving my credit card account, after the Banks Fraud Operations refused to resolve the issue. I requested an advanced payment from my Capital One credit card company in mid-XXXX of XXXX. However, I noticed that my advanced payment was cashed without my authorization by an unauthorized company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>. I Contacted the credit company fraud department, I received two notices issued within the same day, one states the issue was resolved and the other one states they believe that me or another beneficiary benefited from the transaction which is not true. I Confirm that I never received or cash the advanced payment check Please find enclosed copies of any relevant documents, including a copy of the cashed check and correspondences from the credit card company.
