XXXX XXXX sabotage due to Bank XXXX XXXX lies/fraudulence. XXXX yrs of admitted technical issues/ glitches admitted to me but their IT technicians, representatives, and supervisors of representatives that in the end has resulted in them lying and retracting their admitted guilt which significantly affected my XXXX XXXX dropping it by XXXX points, and being denied in endpoint attempts of justifiably disputing these illegal rejections of my disputes. Even with recorded conversations of Bank XXXX XXXX 's representatives and upper management claiming complete and total fault ... Now they sent their fault in this dispute and previous recognition of thus. Resulting in XXXX and the other XXXX credit bureaus refusing to reinstate the incredible amount of points that were reduced upon my XXXX XXXX that I've worked diligently and exhaustively to achieve over the last XXXX yrs ( my XXXX XXXX was XXXX before XXXX XXXX slashed it with their report falsely blaming me and not admitting to their inexplicable website/app/systems failures and glitches that they were incapable of fixing the last XXXX years ), in which I've always paid off and bills on time. I've never missed a payment- on any of my accounts- and therefore never had a late fee charge. I pay all of my bills on time - utilizing correctly working autopay connected to my XXXX bank account. XXXX XXXX XXXX has admitted fault several times, but now chooses to lie and claim fraudulently and falsely that this is my fault. They've promised letters to all three credit bureaus to fix my excessive XXXX XXXX drop ... and then claimed the opposite. They record all of there phone calls so I know the representatives that guaranteed me they were recognizing their ( XXXX XXXX XXXX 's ) fault has been reported several times. A representative even revealed to me that this is something the company would never - will never - admit, due to repercussions and possible media coverage. They instantly refunded my charges taking responsibility over 9 months ago, and now they're lying and refusing to retract their allegations and restore my XXXX XXXX that lost - insanely - XXXX points due to them reporting fraudulent details to the credit bureaus. They don't want to admit their fault surrounding their IT/technical failures that are excessive beyond belief. XXXX years later they couldn't fix double debiting my bank when I only authorized debiting once. This again is fraudulent and litigable. Please help me in holding a billion+ dollar conglomerate responsible for their fallacies, lies, and attempted deflection of their own faults against XXXX of their XXXX year loyal customers.
