This is NOT a duplicate report and this is not filed by a Credit Repair Agency. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX. After reviewing my submission I noticed that the Credit Bureaus stated that my accounts were properly investigated, that can not be possible because some of the open dates are inaccurate, the dates last active are inaccurate and dates last reported are inaccurate? These inaccuracies are grounds for removal whereas : The Credit Bureaus also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 section 2. States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C. 1681 n ( A ) ( 1 ). States any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00}. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ). States the term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information.
