On XXXX XXXX I sent Experian a certified letter asking them to reinvestigate ( 4 ) 30day late payments that is being reporting on my credit file by this company XXXX XXXX who I have a personal loan with. I provided Experian with statements that showed that I was never late with my payments and that this company is reporting my payment history inaccurate. Not even 30 days later I received a letter from Experian saying that my payment history was verified. How was it verified? I sent Experian another certified letter on XX/XX/year> requested the method of verification they used to verify these late payments and I have yet to receive anything from Experian. I know I have rights as a consumer and I want these inaccuracies removed from my credit file. It is not right and these inaccuracies are hurting my credit profile.
