XXXX XX/XX/year> there were four transactions to my credit card with Truist Bank account that were not mine. The biggest issue was that the card was on freeze/locked position and it should have stopped the transactions. One went to pending and the other three was declined, however all four should have been declined. This is fraud and no fraud alert was issued by the bank which leads me to believe that it is an inside job. The transactions was reversed and removed after I contacted the bank. It should be more secure and I want compensation for my stress and time to change all my usernames and passwords and close this account and order a new card. I also had to place a fraud alert on all my credit bureaus. Closing the account caused a dinge on my credit as well. Their security system is not up to par in this day of cyber crimes.
