Trans union is now on day XXXX of opening an online dispute and closing it days before it was to be evaluated. I have received NO information on any disputes in the mail or online. All my online disputes have been closed without response and no proof for closing has been provided Trans union has violated 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [ 15 U.S.C. 1681i ] ( 5 ) Treatment of Inaccurate or Unverifiable Information ( A ) In general. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall - promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation ; When provided with XXXX report its clear multiple accounts Transunion has reported are both old and fraudulent, accounts have all beeen reported to FTC and Transunion has evaluate or resolve any issues. When mailed information Transunion has disregarded letters and information they are required to use for evaluations. When provided with conflicting information vaulting Transunion attempts to update files instead of remove as legally required. Never once have i requested an update and Transunion has sided with business instead of properly running disputes.
