They have BEEN RETAILITORY TO MY WRITTEN REQUEST FOR HONEST SERVICES after being harmed by XXXX XXXX XXXX pattern of making fraudulent claims against a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Their records show they collected monies through U.S. mail and agreed to the terms but then committed honest service fraud, 18 U.S. Code 1346 in XX/XX/XXXX when they sent emails claiming they reject their own agreement. They have benefited in the inaccuracy of their reporting against a victim of trafficking, 22 U.S. 7102 ( 11 & 12 ). They intentionally lied to the CFPB in further attempt to collect wrong amount and harm me with false reports to the credit bureau since XX/XX/XXXX and been on this scheme ever since. They violated FDCPA back in XXXX XXXX and I am requesting 15 U.S.C. 1692g and they cease immediately. They failed to correct the account in a timely matter back in XX/XX/XXXX after the first filing about the missing allocations and their false claims on the account. They further harmed me making false derogatory claims to my credit account on and around XXXX XXXX and the commands of federal law.
