XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX late payment I reached out to Ally and advised them as a goodwill can they potentially help me with the removal of late payments I had problems with payments being double processed and not taking out with my bank which I shouldnt be held accountable for Ally didnt work to help me and Im seeking help again to have late payments removed XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments shouldnt be reported late they setup a deferred payment to prevent being reported I also paid XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payment before the 30 day mark which shouldnt be reported as late
