On XXXX I submitted a dispute with NCA they were asked for debt validation according to 15 U.S.C. 1692 ( g ) and they only provided the original agreement between me and the person they bought the debt from they refused to validate that they were now in a position to collect the debt nor would they provide me with payment history when i called XXXX and I asked them repeatedly for it in writing and they have just absolutely refused to give it to me and as such are incorrectly reporting on my credit
