I buy a device from XXXX. the device was a CAT phone and it came with software malfunction in that specific model of the device I bought. I asked to the store to help to solve the issue but they exchanged the device with a similar one what was defective as the main one. Because the bad customer care and service I decide to cancel the account and switch to another company, I paid the device in full because when they run my credit, the asked for a deposit, it was more then {$500.00} dollars, but the company alleged I own some money to close the account. I said take the phone back and thats it. But they prefer to send the account to collection and hurt my credit instead of try to solve the issue in good terms. Now they sell the account to a 3r party and they are harassing me not matter how many times I dispute the account with the 3 main credit bureaus.
