Looking over my credit report # XXXX from Transunion and my XXXX report # XXXX. There i s 2 major discrepancies that need to be corrected within 15 days of this letter. Upon looking over both my Transunion and XXXX credit reports, The account " XXXX XXXX # XXXX .... Needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY from BOTH credit reports due to the nature of this account NOT belonging to me and Incorrect and unverifiable information! To begin As stated in both my Certified letter as well as my original CFPB complaint. This creditor listed should no longer be listed on my credit report for the following reason ( s ) : 1 ) inaccuracy of information given and supposedly " Verified '' by both credit reporting companies. Attached you will find a copy of both Credit reports clearly showing and stating DIFFERENT information for the same account which proves inaccuracy, unverified information and FRAUDULENT information. To begin, on BOTH credit files it states that the monthly payment on this account was " {$0.00} for 37 months '' per Transunion, and on XXXX it states the monthly payment was " not reported '' which poses the question... if the monthly payment for this account was and is {$0.00}, then how is there a Charge off and a balance due? ( this information has never been verified to be mine nor accurate obviously ). 2 ). There is a " High Balance '' of {$1400.00} showing on my Transunion report However, XXXX is showing a " Not reported '' High balance. 3 ). On my XXXX XXXX XXXX it states that as of XX/XX/XXXX the balance is {$1000.00} However on my Transunion Credit File it shows the last date on file as XXXX of XXXX. 4 ). On my XXXX XXXX XXXX is shows that this item ( even though incorrect and not mine ) " is to be on record until XXXX of XXXX '' and my Transunion credit file states " estimated month and year this item will be removed is XXXX of XXXX. I'd like Verification and understanding of how Four ( 4 ) Discrepancies have been listed however supposedly this creditor/debtor was " verified as accurate ''? Transunion and XXXX have now " verified and updated '' this account multiple times meaning that the information they publish on my credit report is blatantly INCORRECT and STILL HAS NEVER BEEN PROVEN TO BE MINE. Please note that by partaking in this corrupt business tactic, Transunion and XXXX have ALSO breached FCRA 15U.S.C. 623 which states : A furnisher of information ( TransunionXXXX ) must NOT furnish inaccurate consumer information. So Both Creditor furnishing companies ( Transunion and XXXX ) have now deliberately engaged in Unfair Business Practice and Trade, and have relentlessly furnished inaccurate, unverifiable and fraudulent information. I've also requested NUMEROUS amounts of time a COPY OF THE METHOD OF VERIFICATION AS WELL AS A COPY OF " VERIFICATION '' ( Meaning a hard copy of contracts with WET signature or any documents proving and showing that this account is correct, in which I HAVE NOT AND NEVER RECEIVED ). With this information being on my credit report and remaining it has now caused me a great deal of LOSS and Emotional stress and damage. I am sending this complaint in as FINAL record of my consumer right to take the necessary steps to get this discrepancy and incorrect information off of my Credit report and getting it properly resolved, prior to forwarding this ongoing issue to the Attorney General 's office.
