I complained to the credit bureaus before letting them know that a fraudulent address was listed on my credit report and that I was a victim of identity theft. I even submitted copies of the identity theft reports and according to the Fair credit reporting act. Once a customer submits an identity theft affidavit, proof of identity then the credit bureau must remove and block such information that is been disputed within XXXX business days of getting the complaint and been notified that the account been reported is false due to identity theft. On my credit report an incorrect address is listed which is XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I never lived at this address.
