This complaint is in regards to a company falsely claiming to be another company in Pennsylvania. This complaint is in regards to : AR Resources , Inc XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX This company has consistently harassed me for over six months with robo calls. When I call back, they shout a social security number, address, license number, date of birth, etc., without verifying who I am. When I ask about the alleged debt, they hang up on me. They consistently violate all Fair Credit Billing Act rules. They refuse to stop calling, refuse to provide any information about the creditor, amount, and their contact information. They use abusive language and if contact or further credit reporting continues, I will be filing a civil suit. If contact still continues, via robo call, mail, or phone call, I will proceed with criminal harassment charges. I am now doubtful that this is actually a legitimate company and not a scam. To give personal information before a caller even identifies themselves constitutes identity fraud which I will be pursuing.
