I needed a replacement ATM card. I submitted the request on XX/XX/2024, The new card was issued on XX/XX/2024. I was notified it was mailed by regular mail on XX/XX/2024. The card was mailed from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and had to go to XXXX XXXX As of XX/XX/2024 I had not received the card and called the bank. I asked to have a new card sent again by express mail and that I would pay for the added expense. I was told that was not possible and was referred to the digital alternative. The three places I desperately need to use my ATM card do not accept XXXX or XXXX XXXX. I need the card, or at least the number. The customer service agent elevated my issue to an escalation manager who, by the bank, was left in no position to help me. I am back to waiting for my card to show up by regular mail. I am a XXXX XXXX of the bank with a XXXX XXXX customer history. The escalation manager said mine was the most common complaint he receives. Well then, Wells Fargo, do something about it!
