XXXX XXXX is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report concerning a bankruptcy. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court does not report case information to credit reporting agencies per the attached letter from the Court. Specifically, XXXX XXXX is reporting account numbers that are different. The credit reporting agencies have all indicated that the information was verified by XXXX XXXX, not the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. XXXX XXXX has indicated that it used information from XXXX, not the Court. The information is different and inaccurate. Please see attached. The credit reporting agencies are using information that XXXX XXXX purchased from a disinterested third party that is unreliable, incomplete and inaccurate. Since it did not get the information from the Bankruptcy Court and the court doesnt report case information to XXXX XXXX, it has verified inaccurate information and the credit reporting agencies have used this information willfully and negligently. A violation of the statute.
