Midland Credit Management Inc. is furnishing things on my credit report and violating the consumer laws. Midland Credit Management Ice is violating consumer law 15 USC 1681 B in which they can not furnish anything on my credit report without my written consent. I never gave Midland written consent to furnish anything on my consumer report. Also, I have requested validation of this alleged debt and the purchase agreement on XX/XX/year> and gave Midland Credit Management Inc 15 days to give the requested documents to me in which they never did.
