In XX/XX/year> I received notice of a late payment from Idaho Housing & Fina being posted to my account. Paid a day late due to me being out of the country. In accordance with the fair reporting act this creditor has violated my rights. Under 15 USC 1681 section 602 it states, I have a right to privacy. Under 15 USC 1681 Section 604A Section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Also, under 15 USC 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.
