New account bonus of {$350.00} offered after {$4000.00} in direct deposits within 90 days of account opened. Account opened XX/XX/year> and {$4000.00} in direct deposits were made within 60 days. Customer resolution representative XXXX has advised that the first payment of {$250.00} was not coded as direct deposit and there for did not count towards the bonus. This {$250.00} was from the same exact payroll company as the remaining payments and should have been coded exactly the same. This is fraud on the banks end to not honor this promotion.
