On XX/XX/year> I disputed an account reported by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the file you maintain under my Social Security number. I was informed on XX/XX/year> that the item was deleted from my credit report through your secure portal. Now I have discovered that the item has been reinserted on my credit report. In accordance with the requirements of the FCRA section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ) ( ii ), you are required to notify me of the reinsertion in writing within 5 business days. ( B ) Requirements relating to reinsertion of previously deleted material ( ii ) Notice to consumer If any information that has been deleted from a consumer 's file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than XXXX business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. I received no such notification. I also spoke with a representative of TransUnion Via chat and was advised it was never actually never deleted and no date of reinsertion. I attached a copy of this conversation, the dispute results that states it was deleted. This is a very serious violation of the FCRA, and I reserve the right to pursue legal action for your blatant disregard for the law. I Herby Demand that you immediately delete these items from my credit report in order to avoid legal action. I have you in record violating 3 FCRA laws. Please govern yourself accordingly.
