XXXX XXXX from XXXX Capital Management has been contacting me about a debt. I called her back once and she was rude, unprofessional, and tried scare tactics to get me to agree to a new contract when I told her I still had questions. She said I only had a few minutes to decide and used abusive language. When she knew I wasnt going to agree to something without getting my questions answered and understanding, she hung up on me. When I asked to speak to her supervisor via email, she ignored my requests.
