My information was leaked in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX breach. To protect myself, I decided to set up accounts with the 3 credit bureaus and freeze my credit. XXXX and XXXX allowed me to do that. Experian has not. For the last 2 months, I have been trying to make an account and verify my identity. Something in their information about me is incorrect and they are unable/unwilling to confirm my identity. I can not reach anyone on the phone, their phone representatives are all robots that can not help me and state as such, and if you remain on their line for too long and say " talk to a representative '' too many times, it'll switch to XXXX and then hang up on you. I have tried every avenue to get ahold of someone and to fix this issue. I've submitted documents online and via mail, neither of which did anything -- they never even confirmed that it was received. One time, they even updated my address ( without me asking ) and even then, they STILL could not complete my account. They are advertising DIRECTLY to people who were victims of the XXXX breach, but they can not follow through. Lastly, the last robot/representative I spoke to just completely deleted my account instead of helping me. And then told me to try again in 24 hours, which did not do anything. I can't receive my credit report, I can't freeze my credit, I can't even see the information they have on file about me -- I can not make an account. But they have been spamming me with emails to buy their services, to complete my account ( which I CAN NOT do ), to review their " customer service, '' etc. They have my contact info and are using it to mass email me, but I can not login to get my credit report! They're trying to sell services to me while refusing to allow me access to said services! They are withholding my information and my report and are refusing to allow me the avenue to try and figure out what the problem is. It is a nightmare -- I don't know what the problem is, their representatives are completely unreachable, and Experian is just sitting on all of my information with it completely exposed and refusing to abide by the law. They are refusing to tell me what the issue is and they are refusing to provide me with my credit report and on file information, which they are legally obligated to do. I don't know what else to do, I've contacted every number, email, and social media page I could find for them.
