unauthorized inquiries listed on my TransUnion credit report. I have identified several inquiries that were made without my consent, and I did not provide permissible purpose to any of the banking institutions responsible for these inquiries. I have contacted each institution directly, and none have been able to provide proof or substantiate that I initiated or authorized these inquiries. Despite my attempts to resolve this matter with the institutions, they have advised me to dispute the inquiries directly with TransUnion. However, despite my repeated efforts to raise this issue with TransUnion, I have been met with stall tactics and form letters that fail to address my legitimate concerns. TransUnion has consistently stated that they can not honor my request at this time, which is unacceptable. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I have the right to an accurate credit report and to dispute any information that I believe is incorrect or unauthorized. These unauthorized inquiries are negatively affecting my credit standing, and I demand TransUnion take immediate steps to investigate and remove them. I have already submitted many disputes in writing, but TransUnion has failed to substantiate why these inquiries remain on my report, If TransUnion fails to immediately remove the unauthorized inquiries.
