Hello Today I Woke Up To Check My Credit On Equifax and noticed I had 6 Hard Inquires that were a result of Factual Identity Theft, i attempted to dispute these with the credit reporting agency known as Equifax through there website! I gave them the police report and the FTC report that stated the items on the report a result of identity theft and within less than 24hrs of submitting a dispute with all my information they denied my request to remove these Fraudulent inquiries from my report it is a violation to report inaccurate items to a consumer report especially resulting from misuse of an identity theft Case!
