We entered the deal In good faith turn out it was fraud. I XXXX XXXX XXXX and not legally bonded to any thing that is manipulated/ tricked /chorused to. The deal was establish on fraud and I am not legally bonded to. Because we are under the Uniformed commercial code All financial statements should be under the commercial code otherwise it is securities fraud. Section UCC1. On reviewing our original contract and the contract bill of sale we noticed forged signatures and that the contract was not duplicate from the original. This IS NOT JUST illegal but identity theft for a purchase of a sale. The original creditor violated the contract just this alone is a violation of my consumer rights.
