I demanded a proper investigation per my consumer rights to all three credit companies transunion, XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/2024 and the investigation was not completed and I was not given any information requested. By law after 30 days the information is to be removed from my credit and all three credit companies are now almost 3 months behind on doing so.The information on my credit report has caused me to become homeless and jobless and I will not wait another 30-60 days for them to do their job! Below is the information I requested from each Credit company as well as my rights that has been violated by each company. Subject : Request for Validation of Correct Information on Credit Report Dear Sir/Madam , I am writing to formally request validation and verification of certain information listed on my credit report. I have noticed some entries that may be inaccurate or unverifiable and would like to ensure that my credit report is correct and up to date in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).
