On XX/XX/XXXX we notified radius collection Agency the debt from XXXX was a result of internal fraud and disputed it along with a request for the itemized bill and validation via email and they acknowledged recording our request. They mailed a letter but didnt include the media or original contract to validate the debt. The debt has not been validated. A formal dispute has been filed with the XXXX fraud department. We have a business account with XXXX and have been credited for the charges associated with this internal issue. Radius did not send the documents requested from XXXX. Radius instead reported it to the credit reporting agencies. On XX/XX/XXXX a representative asked us to pay over {$4000.00} to have it removed from our credit file.
