On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I called Wells Fargo to have 3 {$35.00} fees removed after I saw they charged this fee when I utilized the " grace period '' option and had made 2 cash deposits back to back. The first cash deposit was made on XX/XX/XXXX for {$240.00} and the second on XX/XX/XXXX for {$220.00}. The representative I got online was named XXXX. He stated clearly that the ATM, Mobile Banking, and Online banking are " not completely accurate, and that I should use a check recorder like in the old days to track my spending! ". I was shocked that he would make a statement like that, at which point I asked him what good mobile banking and ATMs are good for if they deliver inaccurate information. He said he couldn't help me any farther, and that no other reversals of fees would be considered and the call ended.
