Transunion and XXXX have violated my consumer rights repeatedly and allowed incorrect information to be reported on my consumer report without verification or adherence to the FCRA 1 ) Charge off accounts - Charge off accounts mean a creditor has written the debt off and has been made whole and therefore should issue a 1099cc to the consumer and this becomes income and income IS NOT reported on a consumer report, Transunion and XXXX have failed to adhere to the law and failed to validate the debt multiple times even after being provided the 1099c from the consumer which shows no debt exists, they have caused serious harm to me and my family and i am entitled to damages for false reporting and reporting items that are not accurate
