I've made several attempts since XX/XX/XXXX requesting that CRB/Sunlight/Launch update the trade line with the credit bureaus. Initially, they reported the trade line twice. As per my request, they had one removed a couple months later. However, the remaining trade line has not been updated, despite many requests to do so, since XX/XX/XXXX thus inflating the outstanding loan balance. Each time I bring it to their attention I am told that it may take up to 60 days. It is nearly 120 days since I was last informed of this without any update. I am planning to take out a HELOC in the upcoming months and this is having an adverse effect on my credit data.
