Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/year> I deposited ( {$17000.00} ) into my checking account and ( {$17000.00} ) into my savings account. I received one deposit slip for both transactions. On XX/XX/year> I set up my online banking and noticed that both of my deposits on XX/XX/year> did not match my deposit slip ; both account was short {$3000.00}. At the time ( on Sunday ) I called customer service and spoke to a representative name XXXX; filed a claim and he told me that someone would get back with me in a few days which did not occur. The very next day I went into the brach and spoke to the supervisor name XXXX and she took my information. On other times that I tried to resolve this issues, I was told by XXXX XXXX that the teller that completed my deposit on XX/XX/year> tried to call me. This was not true because I never received any calls from Navy Federal. I pulled my phone records to proof it. On XX/XX/year> I went back into the branch, I was told by XXXX XXXX that my claim was closed and instructed me on next steps. XX/XX/year> I wrote a certified letter to Navy Federal Credit Union Corporate Office, ATTN : XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX. I was notified that my letter was received on XX/XX/year> @ XXXX XXXX. I have not been contacted back in any way and my issue is still unresolved.
