I sent the email below to Navient on XXXX XXXX XXXX to have them take off an unauthorized forbearance on my accounts that had been placed without my permission. I received a template letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they would look at the situation and never heard back again. The original forbearance expired but they have now placed another unauthorized forbearance on my account on XX/XX/XXXX. Original email : My name is XXXX XXXX loan number XXXX. We were not affected by any of the storms in my area and I did not authorize Navient to put a forbearance on my account. I do not authorize Navient to put any forbearances on my account in the future without my express consent. I want my loans put back into the same status they were in prior to the forbearance, so I can access the payment plans available to delinquent borrowers. and my repayment options sent to me in writing.
