The loan being reported as closed on my XXXX report with 9 missed payments was reporting being serviced by dept of education XXXX on my XXXX credit report on the dates you report to have had my loan with nelnet. Please remove your account from my credit report completely due to inaccurate reporting pursuant to FCRA 15 US 1681 ( I ) section ( 5 ) ( a ) ( I ). I have uploaded my XXXX and XXXX credit report where the error reporting is made. If no changes are made I will pursue legal action against you and the credit bureaus.
